Application disclosure
Hermes Personal Inbox
A private Gmail integration used to process property-listing alerts and, with the account owner's confirmation, create limited labels and future-mail filters.
What the application does
The application reads messages in the Google account that explicitly authorizes access. It identifies property-alert messages, extracts listing facts needed by the property monitor, and records those facts in a private database. When the account owner explicitly confirms a proposed change, it can also create label definitions and future-mail filters that add one custom label.
Google data requested
The application requests three limited Gmail OAuth scopes: read-only access to messages and metadata, label-definition management, and basic settings access for future-mail filters. Its client is constrained to label-only filters and blocks forwarding, trashing, archiving, marking messages read, changing importance, and removing labels. It does not request permission to send email, compose drafts, apply labels directly to existing messages, or broadly modify mailbox contents.

- Property-alert content is used only to update the private property-monitoring database.
- Labels and label-only future-mail filters are created only after the account owner confirms the exact proposed change.
- Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
- Access credentials are stored separately from source code and are not committed to public repositories.
- The account owner can revoke access through Google Account security settings.
